• Emergency repairs only covers certain common parts and materials as determined by Marvelous Plumbing and Heating. This does not include fixtures (faucets, toilets, etc.) or appliances (furnaces, hot water tanks, air conditioners).
• Open to residents of Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.
• One membership is required per property.
• The value of covered parts and materials is subject to availability and is limited to a maximum value of $200.
• The monthly merchandise draw is subject to availability and all prizes won are non-transferable.
• The Marvelous Membership is non-transferable and is only valid for one property or unit per membership.
• Marvelous Plumbing and Heating reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of the Marvelous Membership program at any time without prior notice.
• This agreement does not cover Boiler repair and maintenance.
• Trailers, Mobile Homes, or Manufactured Homes are not eligible for Marvelous Membership Program.
• If the value of the required part or material exceeds $200, Marvelous Plumbing and Heating will not apply a $200 credit towards the final cost of the repair or replacement. For example, if the cost of the part is $500, the customer will be responsible for the entire $500, not just the remaining balance of $300 after a $200 credit has been applied.
• The customer's commitment to the Marvelous Membership program is a minimum of 6 months. If the customer cancels their membership before the 6-month minimum period has been met, they will be charged the remaining balance owed for the full 6-month period.
• The customer's Marvelous Membership will become active after a minimum 1-week processing time following their subscription. During this time, the customer may not be eligible to receive certain benefits of the program
